We are currently developing a comprehensive Poker Dealer Certification Program aimed at elevating the standards of poker dealing in the Philippines. Our program is designed to equip dealers with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver a consistent, professional, and enjoyable gaming experience.
By partnering with our Poker Dealer Certification Program, your establishment will significantly improve the professionalism of your poker room, increase operational efficiency, and provide a superior customer experience. Our certification ensures that dealers are expertly trained in both the technical and interpersonal aspects of poker dealing, ensuring consistency, fairness, and professionalism at every table.
Reduced Training Costs: Certified dealers require less on-the-job training and supervision, saving your establishment valuable resources.
Operational Efficiency: Certified dealers can handle games with minimal delays, enforce rules accurately, and manage chips and payouts quickly.
Increased Professionalism: Certified dealers are trained to manage the flow of the game seamlessly, resulting in a smooth and enjoyable experience for players.
Enhanced Customer Satisfaction: Certified dealers can better handle disputes and manage player expectations, leading to fewer conflicts and higher player retention.
Competitive Advantage: Certified dealers can give your establishment a competitive edge by demonstrating that you invest in the highest-quality dealers.
We propose a partnership with your establishment to:
Develop Joint Training Standards: Collaborate to establish industry-wide standards for poker dealer training and certification.
Co-Create Curriculum: Work together to develop a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements and your own specific requirements.
Conduct Joint Certification Exams: Administer certification exams under the joint supervision of PAGCOR's Training Center, and/or your organization and ours.
Promote Certified Dealers: Collaborate on marketing and promotional initiatives to recognize and promote certified dealers.
To ensure our program aligns with PAGCOR's regulatory framework and your own unique requirements, we would like to set up a meeting to discuss about the specific requirements and guidelines for your own unique needs and preferences. Our certification program adheres to international best practices, including the Tournament Directors Association (TDA) official rules and recommendations.
We are open to conducting a pilot program with a selected establishment under PAGCOR's guidance to demonstrate the effectiveness of our certification. This pilot will provide valuable data on the impact of certified dealers on player satisfaction, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
We would be honored to schedule a meeting, either in person or virtually, to discuss this proposal in more detail and explore potential partnerships.
Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the Philippine gaming industry.
Sincerely,
Froilan Delapena,
Founder / Head Coach

We invite you to participate in our Pilot Program to experience firsthand the benefits of our Poker Dealer Certification. During the pilot phase, your organization will receive free certification for a selected group of dealers in exchange for feedback and a testimonial on the program’s effectiveness. This is an opportunity for you to see how certified dealers can positively impact your operations before committing to a full-scale implementation.
Objective: Understand your specific needs and tailor our program accordingly.
Action: We will schedule a call or meeting with your management team to discuss the scope of the pilot program and identify the number of dealers you wish to certify.
We will outline the certification process and how it aligns with your operational goals, focusing on efficiency, professionalism, and customer experience.
Agreement on the number of dealers to be certified, time frame, and the details of the feedback process.
Objective: Identify dealers to participate in the pilot program.
Action: Together, we’ll select a group of dealers (e.g., 6-10) to participate in the pilot.
The selected dealers will either be trainees who are new or experienced dealers who will benefit from formal certification.
Dealers can either be trained by us directly and/or receive training via our online platform or in-person sessions at your establishment.
Objective: Provide dealers with high-quality training that meets industry standards.
Action: Dealers will undergo our comprehensive training program, which includes:
Game Rules & Mechanics: Covering various poker variants, hand rankings, betting rules, and dealing protocols.
Customer Service: Focusing on professional communication, conflict resolution, and maintaining a positive environment at the table.
Game Flow & Speed: Emphasizing efficiency in dealing, chip management, and payout calculation.
Ethics & Fair Play: Training on how to prevent cheating, collusion, and how to maintain integrity at the table.
After completing the training, dealers will undergo a written examination and practical evaluation to demonstrate their ability to deal poker games correctly, efficiently, and professionally.
Objective: Integrate certified dealers into the poker rooms and observe the results.
Action: Certified dealers will be deployed on your poker tables, where they will begin handling live games.
We will monitor their performance (in collaboration with your managers) through regular check-ins and feedback sessions, ensuring that any potential issues are addressed promptly.
The management team will track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
Game Speed: Average time per hand.
Accuracy: Number of errors made in card dealing or chip handling.
Customer Feedback: Player satisfaction levels (can be measured via quick surveys).
Efficiency: How well the dealers are managing multiple tasks without delay.
Objective: Assess the effectiveness of the program and get feedback from your team.
Action: After the pilot phase (e.g., 30 days or after 200 hours of dealer work), we will request formal feedback from:
Managers or Upper-Level Management Personnel(s): Feedback on how the dealers have integrated into the team and any observed improvements in operations.
Supervisors: Input on how the dealers handled game flow, customer interactions, and rule enforcement.
Players: Short surveys (can be done anonymously) to gauge customer satisfaction and dealer professionalism.
Testimonial: If the results meet or exceed expectations, we’ll request a testimonial from your establishment, which will help us promote the certification program and demonstrate its value to others.
Objective: Review the outcomes and determine next steps.
Action: We’ll compile all feedback and performance data and provide a post-pilot report that includes:
Strengths observed during the pilot (e.g., efficiency improvements, higher customer satisfaction).
Areas for improvement (if any) to refine the training process.
Based on the results, we will either propose extending the program to more dealers or making adjustments to the curriculum.
Objective: Roll out the program across your poker rooms.
Action: Following a successful pilot, your casino may choose to roll out the certification program for additional dealers.
We will provide continuous support, including advanced training, recertification, and performance tracking.
