The Practical Assessment

1. Step 1: Personal Interview

   • Demonstrate your professionalism, understanding of poker rules, and attitude toward the role.  

2. Step 2: Hands-On Test

   • Perform live dealing scenarios, including shuffling, dealing, pot management, and game flow.
